We continually endeavor to create newer benchmarks of quality within our industry. The adherence to quality of our instrumentation fittings has enabled us survive and grow rapidly in this highly competitive world. We vigilantly follow international standards and specifications. We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified, manufacturer and exporter of stainless steel pipe-fittings, plumbing manifolds, stainless steel manifolds, tube fittings and carbon steel pipe-fittings.

» Raw Material & Processes Followed
We test the basic raw material used for manufacturing as per ASTM standards. These raw materials are accepted into the system only after they qualify in Chemical and Physical Properties Tests & Analysis.

All the products are machined on high performance CNC machines to very close tolerances so that the assembly is a very easy process. The performances of the products are enhanced, as a result of this and so is the lifecycle of the product. After machining these products are cleaned ultrasonically in special cleaning machines to give them an elegant and finished look.

All the above processes are very closely monitored at various interim stages to give quality and consistency. This monitoring also helps in evolving and new developments, if needed anywhere in the process. As a result of this our products continually improve in quality giving us a better stand in market.

» In-house Testing Facilities
The components manufactured on our sophisticated CNC machines are always tested while in production. This helps us to foresee any flaws, if present, in our process.

Fittings manufactured in our plant are tested by various methods to make sure their performance and life. Tests that are carried out extensively at our end are:

Valves manufactured are tested for 100% Quality after assembly. This is done to make sure that not a single product goes out without proper inspection and our clients get the best out of us.
